What does one translation cost?
10 credits per image, per target language
3 images × 2 target languages × 10 credits = 60 credits. Each language creates a separate translated image.
Regenerating a completed result costs another 10 credits per image and target language. Credits for failed tasks are restored automatically.

Billing, credit validity & refunds
Subscriptions & cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each month. Annual plans are paid upfront and renew automatically each year. Cancel before the next renewal from Account settings → Subscription → Cancel to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid period; cancellation does not refund the current period or cancel separately purchased packs.
When do credits expire?
Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not carry over. Each monthly allowance expires at the next monthly boundary, with a 24-hour grace period.
One-time packs expire after the validity period shown on each pack. They do not renew automatically, and unused expired credits are not refunded.
Free credits expire 365 days after they are granted.
Credit pack refunds
Request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if none of the purchased pack’s credits have been used. After 7 days, or once any credits have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable except for duplicate charges or where required by law.
Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started. Duplicate billing errors are refunded in full, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Canceling only stops future renewal.
How to request a refund
Email support with your purchase email, order number and reason. We confirm receipt within 2 business days. Approved refunds return as currency to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
