We use this address for translation issues, account access, credits, subscription questions, billing inquiries, refund requests and privacy requests.

Translation or account issues

Please include your account email, a short description of the issue and the task ID if a translation is affected. If useful, include the time the issue occurred and your browser name. Share a screenshot only after removing personal or confidential information.

Do not send your password, login codes or private source images unless support specifically asks for information needed to investigate.

Billing, subscriptions and refunds

For payment questions, include the email used at checkout, the order number and the purchase date. For refund requests, also explain the reason for the request. Never send full card numbers, security codes or banking credentials.

You can review your purchases and subscription from the account panel on the homepage. Our Refund Policy describes refund eligibility and processing, and the Terms of Service explain billing and cancellation.
